Hundvåg IL was one of 63 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Pizzabakeren Regy Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Gutter 15.

In addition to Hundvåg IL, 15 other teams played in Gutter 15. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Hundvåg IL could be found in Group B together with Åsane Fotball G15-3, Bergen Nord, FK - Fotball G15-1 and Stavanger IF Fotball Gutter 15.

Hundvåg IL continued to Slutspill A after reaching 2:nd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Oltedal FK with 1-2. In the Final, Oltedal FK won over Åsane Fotball G 15-2 and became the winner of Slutspill A in Gutter 15.

Hundvåg comes from Hundvåg which lies approximately 50 km from Haugesund, where Pizzabakeren Regy Cup takes place. The area around Hundvåg does also provide 15 additional clubs participating during Pizzabakeren Regy Cup 2023 (Among others: Rennesøy Fotballklubb, Figgjo IL, Hinna IL- Fotball, Finnøy IL - Fotball, Bryne FK, Randaberg IL - Fotball, Madla IL, Oltedal FK, Lura IL and Ganddal IL).
