Solid, IL was one of 63 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Pizzabakeren Regy Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Jenter 13 .

In addition to Solid, IL, 7 other teams played in Jenter 13 . They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Solid, IL J13 could be found in Group B together with Torvastad IL J13, Bømlo IL Finnås/Bømlo J13 and Gneist, IL.

Solid, IL J13 made it to Slutspill A after reaching 1:st place in Group B. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Gneist, IL, which they won with 3-2. Thereby Solid, IL J13 won the entire Slutspill A in Jenter 13 during Pizzabakeren Regy Cup 2023.

Solid, IL also participated in Jenter 13 during Pizzabakeren Regy Cup 2022. They reached the Semi final in J13 (2009) Slutspill B, but lost it against Kopervik IL j13 with 3-4.

Solid, comes from SAGVÅG which lies approximately 44 km from Haugesund, where Pizzabakeren Regy Cup takes place. The area around SAGVÅG does also provide 10 additional clubs participating during Pizzabakeren Regy Cup 2023 (Bømlo IL, Austevoll IK, Vindafjord IL-fotball, Halsnøy IL, Stord Fotball, Sveio IL, Skjoldar, IL, Trio, IL, Njardar/Tysnes and Bremnes IL).
