Fitjar IL was one of 68 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Pizzabakeren Regy Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Gutter 14 .

In addition to Fitjar IL, 30 other teams played in Gutter 14 . They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Fitjar IL G14 could be found in Group H together with Gneist, IL 1, Vaulen IL- fotball and Sportsklubben Vard Haugesund 14-3.

Fitjar IL G14 continued to Slutspill B after reaching 4:th place in Group H. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Gneist, IL 2 with 1-2. In the Final, Tertnes Fotball Herrer G14 1 won over Olsvik IL G14 and became the winner of Slutspill B in Gutter 14 .

Fitjar IL also participated in Gutter 13 during Pizzabakeren Regy Cup 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in G13 (f 2005) Slutspill B, but lost it against Ølen IL - fotballgr. 2 og Ølen 3 with 1-2.

Fitjar comes from Fitjar which lies approximately 59 km from Haugesund, where Pizzabakeren Regy Cup takes place. The area around Fitjar does also provide 9 additional clubs participating during Pizzabakeren Regy Cup 2019 (Austevoll IK, Trio, IL, Trott, IL, Os TF, Njardar/Tysnes, Skjoldar, IL, Solid, IL, Stord Fotball and Bremnes IL).
